Handover specification
Semi-finished (white-walls) handover
Handover takes place on the date of signing the sale contract in authentic form, with the interior in a semi-finished (white-walls) state and the following works completed:
Building services
- Heating: own boiler and underfloor heating (per technical design)
- Plumbing capped off at connection points (per technical design)
- Electrical: fuse board and circuits, sockets and switches installed, intercom and access control (no light fittings)
Interior finishes
- Walls plastered and painted white
- Ceramic tiling on the balcony
- Metal entrance door
- Windows with 5-chamber profile and triple glazing (three panes of glass) — generous glazed areas
Envelope & utilities
- Contemporary façade with a mixed system: ventilated areas and a high-performance thermal insulation system, integrated into a unified architectural composition.
- All utilities connected up to meter level: water and sewage, and electricity
Warranties
- Warranty on the works carried out and all warranties obtained from material manufacturers or service providers
- Technical logbook with hidden-works acceptance reports

Prices start from 67.617 € for a Studio, 103.840 € for 2 rooms, 129.717 € for 3 rooms and 206.142 € for a Penthouse. All prices include VAT; the parking space is not included. Each apartment has a single price, which does not depend on the payment method — the exact price of every available unit is public on the Availability page.
When will building C3 be completed?
Handover of building C3 is estimated for Q3 2027 — an estimated date, confirmed in the pre-contract. Follow the Progress page for the evolution of the works.
Who is the developer?
The developer of BellResidence is Profi Concept SRL (VAT no. RO32366949), a construction and real-estate development company from Sibiu, active since 2013, with over 200 residential units delivered.
