Handover specification
Semi-finished (white-box) handover
Handover takes place on the date of signing the sale contract in authentic form, with the interior in a semi-finished (white-box) state and the following works completed:
Building services
- Heating: own boiler and underfloor heating (per technical design)
- Plumbing capped off at connection points (per technical design)
- Electrical: fuse board and circuits, sockets and switches installed, intercom and access control (no light fittings)
Interior finishes
- Walls plastered and painted white
- Ceramic tiling on the balcony
- Metal entrance door
- Triple glazing in 5 rooms, three panes of glass — generous glazed areas
Envelope & utilities
- 10 cm exterior insulation, decorative render and decorative elements
- All utilities connected up to meter level: water and sewage, and electricity
Warranties
