SC Profi Concept SRL (la cerere), acting as data controller, processes the personal data you provide to us through this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, phone, email (optional), the apartment type of interest and your message. We do not collect sensitive data. We also log site visits (pages visited, source, device type, IP address and approximate location — country/city), without cookies, for internal statistics and security; this data is kept for at most 180 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and protecting the site's audience.
For what purpose
To respond to your requests, send you offers and availability, and to schedule viewings. The basis for processing is your consent and/or the interest in concluding a contract.
How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose above and thereafter in accordance with legal obligations. The specific retention period is communicated on request.
Who we disclose it to
We do not sell your data. We may process it through providers (e.g. hosting, email, CRM) acting as processors, under contract. A list of these providers can be made available on request.
